Almost Christmas!

Hey everybody! So I guess I haven't been quite as good as I thought I would be about writing on here :D Well, the newest news is....let me see.... the Castros came to visit, Christmas is coming,um, and everything is going well. We all have made friends and our Spanish is coming along pretty well (in my opinion). Oh, also since I wrote last I changed schools and I really like my new school.

New school:
Things weren't really working out for Nicholas and me at La Colina. Mary and Katrina like it where they are, so of course they are going to continue studying there. My mom decided to put Nicholas back a year in a Kindergarten/Preschool called Sol Naciente. I changed to a school called Alacaravanes. It is a wonderful school and within a few days I made a friend. Here the school year starts in January so Nicholas will be starting at my school next month (he can't stay at Sol Naciente because he will be to old).

Castros:
Our friends from Pleasant Grove came to visit us from the 28 of November to the 13 of December. It was lots of fun to see them and we did lots of fun things while they were here. (I have put some pictures)

Christmas is coming:
Next week is Christmas!!!!!!!!!!! For Christmas, the city is decorated with lots of lots lights. It is so beautiful, especially he river. There are lights over the river and all along the side. The strangest thing about Christmas here is that it is hot. We can go swimming and wear shorts and a t-shirt. Actually, its hard to recognize that it actually will be Christmas next week.

I promise that I will be better about up dating this, but I will start that promise after the holidays. haha It's just that we are leaving on Thursday to go to a relatives "finca" (a country house) and although we will be back on the 28, we are leaving the next day for Bogota (the capital. my grandpa lives there)
